NADAC Junior Handler Grant Application
RPM Agility and RACE Agility are making available a grant to any Junior Handler who does NADAC. We have a 3-person panel that will go over the applications and pick at least 1 winner each year. The grant can be used for anything agility related: lessons, trials, go to the Championships, etc.
Must be received by September 1, 2006
Application (Word Document)
Use this file if you have and are familiar with Microsoft Word. You will want to open the document and save it on your computer as grant_your last name.doc. You can type directly onto the document and when finished e-mail as an attachment to the address given on the application.
Application (Acrobat File)
Use this file format if you prefer to mail the application. If you need additional room, please write on the back of the application or attach an additional page. A mailing address is provided on the application.
